Voters call a dedicated toll-free number and are prompted to authenticate their identity.  \n\n\n\nThe voters enter their credentials using a touch-tone dial pad and the system checks whether they have yet voted. If that is the case\, the voter is prompted to select from the options of each candidate\, one question at a time\, and finally to confirm their choices. \n\n\n\nYou will be able to check if your ballot was received either by online or phone by going to the Simply Voting website and entering your voter ID & password. \n\n\n\nImportant: If your internet connection does not support virtual meetings\, we ask that you register for the phone only option and that you provide your email address and telephone number that you will be calling from.  NAN staff will be contacting you soon to provide support and answer any questions on how to connect. \n\n\n\nPROXIES\n\n\n\nIf you are unable to attend\, a proxy may be sent.
