DESCRIPTION:Please be advised that a NAN Special Chiefs Assembly (SCA) on the Final Settlement Agreement will take place on October 9\, 2024\, at the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto\, ON. Register here: NAN Special Chiefs Assembly: Strength in Unity (123formbuilder.com) \n\n\n\nFollowing the NAN SCA will be a Chiefs of Ontario Special Chiefs Assembly on October 10\, 2024. For more information and to register click here:  https://coo.smudging.ca:8443/Meeting/Register/c51692b1-c36a-4760-a790-31f963ec464d \n\n\n\nBoth meetings will have an option to attend in person or virtually.   NAN will cover travel expenses for NAN Chiefs/Proxies to attend both meetings. \n\n\n\nPROXIES \n\n\n\nIf you are unable to attend\, a proxy may be sent. Proxy notice must be sent in advance on letterhead and signed by the Chief and Council or a quorum of the Council. This letter will ensure that the proxy has full conference privileges to act on your behalf. The designated proxy should bring the original letter to the meeting.
