The Structural Readiness (SR) Coordinator will work in collaboration with the Education Jurisdiction team, supporting the Education Jurisdiction Agreement Negotiations and the Nation Building program. The focus of this role will be to work with communities to bring awareness and understanding of the negotiation process and of the Education Agreement. The SR Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and leading community engagement projects, developing strategies for identified action plan items, collecting feedback on the implementation of a new Education System, and meeting with First Nation Leadership, Local Education Authorities, Education Directors and members of the First Nations.

Application preference will be given to Individuals who self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Metis or Inuit) with the required combination of education and experience.
