We are inviting you to attend our Continuity of Care Forum April 26 & 27 at the Nor’Wester Hotel and Conference Centre. Through the tragic loss of seven of our youth comes the opportunity to build a strong and connected community for a safer education environment for our youth. This Forum is working to build a strong Circle of Care for our youth.
